Last evening, our Reading Specialists held their literacy night event, Camp Read S'more. All Cambria and Jackson Elementary families were invited. Wildlife Conservation Officer Seth Mesoras began the night by presenting wildlife facts and showing the children PA animal pelts. Then the students had the opportunity to read in the dark using flashlights with their family, make a craft, and listen to a story. The night ended with singing campfire songs along with Mr. Nicoloff. There was a great turnout. Thanks to everyone for all of their efforts to make this night as enjoyable and successful as it was!
