On Thursday, May 4th, Mrs. Gironda accompanied 4 students: Tedi Hollingsworth, Sarah Segear, Julia Schaffer, and Megan Dubuque to the 2016 Pre-College Research Academy Research Conference, where students had the opportunity to present their posters and research findings to a captive audience. The research is to be published in “Spectrum,” Journal of Student Research at Saint Francis University. Through this unique research opportunity, students benefited from peer interactions and relationships formed through a passion for like-interests as well as the opportunity for mentorship by professors.
