Conemaugh Health System School of Nursing and Allied Health Programs Visit

On Friday, September 29, Mrs. Tracy Spade came in to present to Mr. Wagner’s College Chemistry and Organic Chemistry students.  Mrs. Spade is an RN and the Academic Admissions Coordinator from Conemaugh Health System's School of Nursing and Allied Health Programs in Johnstown.  She came to talk to the students about various career opportunities that Conemaugh offers.  She talked about how the medical field is such a vast and growing field and the opportunities to pursue a career in the medical field are growing.  Some of the fields of study that Mrs. Spade explained that are offered through Conemaugh include nursing, histology, radiology, EMT and EMS, medical technician, and surgical technologist.  This presentation will benefit the students by allowing them to see the vast possibilities and opportunities that are available to them in the medical field.  Mr. Wagner and his students would like to thank Mrs. Dixon for coordinating the presentation and Dr. Murin and Mr. Paronish for allowing the presentation to happen.
