From December 1st until December 8th Central Cambria students and faculty collected items for a group of wounded soldiers. The collected items were hand delivered to soldiers recovering at Walter Reed Military hospital in Bethesda, Maryland. Blank greeting cards were bundled and stamped so that the soldiers and their families would be able to send out holiday greetings to their loved ones. 8 large paper boxes of cards, personal care items, Chapsticks, and snacks were taken to the hospital on December 9th.
